My pnr is [protected] (Travelling from tapri to jhansi in kalinga utkal exprss), i had asked 10 different cater boys for rail neer, but they are giving some local water bottle at rupees 20. And if you ask them ' why' they clearly says, " hm itne me hi denge lena h to lo.
