Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — problem while ticket booking | |||||
I have tried to book a train ticket from and it was not reserved, but cash got debited from my account. Transaction id: [protected]. Transaction details shows that pending from bank end. This is for the second time happening like this. While booking for tatkal tickets irctc website seems to be very slow now a days and note getting access to the account sometimes.
