I have a IRCTC UBI Prepaid Card Expired as on June 2016 .When I talk to IRCT customer care he/she told me you talk to UBI . Whe I talk with UBI he/she told me talk to IRCTC. Now what can I do?

IRCTC has been suspended my id klmeena88 without giving any reason. I mailed [protected]@ircict.co.in, but they replied that that id cannot be restarted agian, and request for make new id. Sir, I have registered for e-wallet and have balance of more than Rs.800/- . IRCTC has not commented on this matter.

I booked a ticket on pnr no [protected] from hbj to ndls.I checked status regularly on 139 .It shows train will depart on 03:52 am but when I was went to station. Then I was informed that train already departed at 01:00 am.I want my refund ASAP.
