Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Railway Ticket booking payment status showing settled but amount not credited to bank account

Transaction ID: [protected] : This ticket was booked on 19-Mar-2017 and I had clearly mentioned book the ticket only if one lower berth is available for my aged mother. However, even after having so many seats available, I could not manage to get a lower berth. Still the amount was deducted from my account even before asking do i want to continue. Transaction Amount:1010.0 was deducted and the current Payment status is showing Payment Settled but money is not credited to my bank account yet. Please do the needful and credit refund to my bank account as soon as possible.
