Dear sir/mam' I would like to inform you that on 19/01/2017 I was booking my ticket through IRCTC. My balance got deducted from my account but my ticket was not booked. So on next day I called IRCTC costomer care, they told me that I will get my money within 4 working days, but as on today I didn't got my money back. I am sending you all the details of my transaction along with this mail. Please look the matter carefully and resolve it as soon as possible. Transaction id- [protected]. Date of booking- 19/01/2017. Bank transaction id- RECOM/PRCR/[protected]/[protected] TIME-14:34. Amount:rs 2679.34 I am sending you also the hard copy of bank, mobile Massage details and IRCTC details.
