I cancelled 2 sleeper tickets from chengannur (Cngr) to hubli (Ubl) on 4th december which was booked for 28th december hubli express (12778). Pnr number of the ticket is [protected]. Cancellation id is [protected].
I haven't received the refund amount yet. I enquired in the bank and they have confirmed it that it is not received yet. I booked the tickets from irctc app and it's been one year.
