Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund amount not credited to my account

Hi support team,

I done booking on 24-9-18 from hyd-adn of sc tpty sup exp and train n0:12732 wit pnr:[protected].

And i have cancelled on 25-9-18, it show me refund amount of rs.140 among total fare of rs.260.

Cancellation details:
Refund id:[protected]
Transaction no: [protected]
Refund status:sent_to_bank

Plz help me to credit the amount to my account.
