Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund amount not received after 20 days

I had cancelled the ticket on 26.10.2017. And amount of 1695 has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 26.10.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below,,
