I had cancelled a ticket on 27 aug 2017 (Pnr no [protected]) refund amount yet not credited to my bank account till date, non of customer care number works and i get repeated message reply of some ticket raised only form [protected]@irctc.co.in, i am fed-up of their customer care pathetic service and not get any appropriate explanation about my refund status also losing confidence for using their service again. Please kindly look in to matter and give me updates as soon as possible. I have made a call to 139 before 15 minutes from [protected]. I enquired about wheel chair and the executive disconnected the call after given uncleared answer. 3rd class behaviour. Have tried thrice today but nobody responding. Instead of giving direct answer they are treating as their own wish. Strange...
