Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund amount not received post cancellation till date

I had cancelled a ticket on 27 aug 2017 (Pnr no [protected]) refund amount yet not credited to my bank account till date, non of customer care number works and i get repeated message reply of some ticket raised only form [protected]@irctc.co.in, i am fed-up of their customer care pathetic service and not get any appropriate explanation about my refund status also losing confidence for using their service again. Please kindly look in to matter and give me updates as soon as possible. Please find details mentioned below of my canceled ticket
