[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund for cancelled ticket not credited | |||||
My pnr -[protected] cancelled on 27 oct 18 and received sms that re fund process ed on 29 oct 18 and will be credited in 6-7 working daya. But after 20 working days also re fund not credited to bank. I went to bank but no refund txn id [protected] received at bank. I complaint to irctc vide ticket no. 2104730 and 2150963 but no action taken by irctc Please process my refund of rs5320.
