Booked ticket on 8 october, 2017 but it was failed. Money was deducted. Customer care executive told me it will be refunded within next 3-4 working days. Now it's showing in my irctc account that the money has been refunded but i didn't receive the money at all.
Same thing happened for my cancelled ticket refund also.
I suppose to get total rs. 390 refund. Both are showing refunded in the status on the a/c but not credited in my bank account. Was this information helpful? |
