This is regarding the ticket booked on 8th march on irctc website which got failed while booking. But even though the amount from bank account was deducted of rs. 2561.8 and i didn't got my refund back. I have been following up with the bank and irctc for past 1 month for this refund but i have been told that the request has been forwarded to concern department. But i have not yet recieved my refund yet. Below are my details for transaction: User id : pangamko Transaction id: transaction id: [protected] Transaction date: 8 mar 2020 Transaction amount: 2561.8 Kindly assist me in getting my refund as i am not able to get any response from irctc.
