1. I have applied for a refund amount in irctc on April 11 th - rs 1256.80, due to network issues, the amount will be not credited yet. 2. I have applied for a refund amount in irctc on April 12 th - rs 743.60 and due to network issues, the amount will be not credited yet. Also, i have checked with irctc customer care, they said that the amount has been initiated last week and also refunded. Another side, we have checked with the bank also, they registered a complaint regarding this. Kindly check and refund the amount Was this information helpful? | |
