Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund history not showing anything even after cancellation of tatkal waiting ticket | |
On 9th june I booked tatkal ticket for H. Nizamuddin delhi From Bhopal on Bhopal Express via IRCTC RAIL CONNET App but unlikely i got Tatkal waiting so i cancelled the same at 9:28 pm of 10 june on IRCTC CONNECT APP approx 23 hrs before departure time I got refund also of of Rs. 880 after being deducted Rs. 120 as cancellation charge for PNR [protected] but in Refund history no Trasaction is showing neither in the App nor in the Website irctc after log in . Simce the Amount of refund is not yet credited in my account till now I am afraid that i will get my refund back on soon as i am in urgent need of money . Kindly look into this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |
