I haven't received any refund for the cancellation of ticket having pnr no [protected]. I have already tried to contact the care they are saying that amount has been transferred to my account. Pnr no. [protected] Train no. 15645 Transaction no. As shown in irctc app is [protected]. I have already mailed my complaint to the irctc care but they haven't responded yet.
