[Resolved]  Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund not credited into my account

It is intimated that the refund for the transaction vide transaction ID [protected] has not been credited in my account.I am attaching the screenshot for reference. Already passed more than a week. I mailed 3-4 times but then also no action taken by IRCTC.Kindly do the needful at the earliest .
