Kindly have a look on this complaint and do the necessary steps to credit back the amount deducted from me.
In website it says: "since your ticket has not been booked, the amount deducted from your account/card/wallet etc, will be refunded back automatically in 3-4 working days."
Its been a month and no process has done.

However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used Credit & Debit cards / Net Banking / Wallet / UPI (powered by Airpay) pay and payment was successful 2 days before. Status is not still clear, so i can not book another ticket.so please resolve my issue.
