i had cancelled my ticket on 25/06/2019 but yet now i have not receive my refund in my account of rupees 2580. i mailed to irctc on 16/07/2019 with passbook copy entry page. my complaint ticket id is- 4474242 . but they are not responding any email. i am very disappointed with IRCTC. dear sir plz resolve my problem
