Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund not credited to my bank account even after 3 months of cancellation of ticket

I had cancelled my ticket on 20th april and refund was processed on 22 april 2019. Pnr no. [protected]. But the refund amount of 3430 is not credited in my account till date. I sent them multiple mails and bank account statements from my registered e-mail id and ticket id was registered too. But of no use. Tried calling customer care but they hang up the phone after putting me on hold.
