Dear sir,
There has been an issue with my refund of Rs 2030 in my bank account.
I had made a cancellation of ticket on 29th of November, 2016 (PNR : [protected]).
I was supposed to get a refund of Rs 2030 within 4-7 days. Whereas my status on the site shows amount sent to bank but I have gotten no such amount on my bank account. Please take into consideration my problem. I have tried to call on customer care service but it charges my balance and no one responds.

I have booked my ticket through IRCTC they hav deducted the journey ticket amount, but i havn't received any confirmation related with the transaction, and their coustomer care number is also not reachable..the service of IRCTC is very poor in coustomer care service, so please help me out from this prob.
