I have tried twice to book 1 ticket on 3rd of July 2017 from DLI TO LKO. At that time the money got deducted from my a/c but the ticket didn't got booked. It's been 4 days now & no message is sent from your side that you will give the money back or not. I have booked the tickets in tatkal and the amount which you have charged is Rs 400 for one ticket. I'm a middle class person & i can't afford to give Rs 800 just like that. I have tried to call your customer care no. but no response is given from their end. I think no is even bothered to see that a person is suffering and is calling to solve the query. I just want to know when will you Credit the amount in my a/c. My id for irctc is "rrnns" and i have attached screenshot from app stating that the money got transferred from my a/c to irctc a/c but the ticket didn't got booked.
