Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund not given

Hello sir,
I have booked a ticket from chennai central to morappur for a journey on 21.02.2019 with transaction id [protected] using irctc account name vigneshviya on 21.02.2019 the amount of rupees 200 was debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked and marked it as failed transaction but my money was debited and credited on your account as per bank statement. So please check my query and refund the amount as soon as possible
