My train against PNR [protected] was cancelled and as per IRCTC they have issued refund on 5th feb'24 and same got credited to my bank on 7th feb'24. However this amount has never been received by my name, I shared my bank account statement and written confirmation by my bank that they have not received the mentioned amount against the URN number provided to me.
But after providing all those details, IRCTC kept harassing me by asking same information which is written confirmation from my bank that they didn't received the amount. I provided the same confirmation 3 times but seems like either IRCTC team doesn't want to work or they simply want to harass me. Was this information helpful? |
