[Resolved]  Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund not received for about 2.5 months

I have booked ticket from irctc app on 12th june. My refund has been processed by irctc but i didn't receive it in my bank account.
I got a mail from irctc that the amount has been processed from their side but the amount hasn't been reflected in my bank account. 2.5 months has passed but still i didn't get my refund of 660 rs.
