Date of incident: 06/12/15 Transaction reference : [protected] Cancellation ID : [protected] Cancellation Date : 07/12/15 I have booked waiting list ticket and the ticket didn't get confirmed. Ticket automatically got cancelled.In the website it is showing amount refund but the amount is not credited in my account. Request for the refund.
