I booked a ticket from NDLS to MDU: 16688/NAVYUG EXPRESS, date of boarding : 02-Dec-2016 from New Delhi, but the train got delayed by more than 3 hours so I have filled TDR for it.
Since the train delayed by more than 3 hours, as per the railway rules, i should get refund but till today I have not got any refund of the total price.
Please check and let me know the reason behind.
