I had booked ticket from ahmedabad to gurgaon in train swarna j raj ex (Train no 12957) thro irctc web site and date of journey was 19th may 2019. Pnr number of ticket was [protected]. Transaction id is [protected]. The payment of ticket was made thro my credit card. I had cancelled the ticket partially. Originally ticket was for 2 passenger. Only one passenger (Paramtap lal) was travelled and ticket for one passenger (Mitesh lal) was cancelled. While checking credit card statement i found that till date no refund we recd. Please check the matter.
