Sir, I tried to book one ticket from delhi to chennai on 1.6.17 through your irctc app.The payment of rs. 796 was deducted from my standrd chartered card but the transaction declined. The transaction reference no. Is [protected] and the transaction ID showing in app is[protected]. Kindly refund the same to my card as soon as possible. I was trying to book train tickets from the IRCTC android mobile app on 23rd May 2017, but after online payment my money has been deducted from the bank but the tickets have not been booked. Till now I have not received any refund. I am giving a screenshot of the transaction details.
