This is to bring to your kind notice that the train we booked on 3/4/2018 Marudhar express was running late and no message for the same was sent to us. We checked the same through NTES app and it was 9+ hours delay. I have been traveling for bank audits where in travel plans need to be on certain date. I waited the next day uptill 8:30 when the delay was even more. So had to book another train for the same date by Ranikhet express. Unfortunately I had only 2 tickets left by then, we bought train local ticket and paid the difference sum for her travel PNR [protected]. THE SMS WAS SENT INFORMING THE DELAY ON 4TH APRIL AT MIDNIGHT INFORMING DELAY OF 8PLUS HOURS. WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE OUR AUDIT PLAN AND BOOK ANOTHER TRAIN ASAP. We have tweeted the same on irctc handle. But nothing has been done to refund the delayed train cancelled. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||||
