Hi team I had cancelled a ticket (Pnr no. : [protected]) on 15th february 2017, the tdr status shows cr registered (No further updates to the status has been made) but the amount has not been credited to my account. Details are as below Pnr no. : [protected] Cancellation id : [protected] Passenger name: anurag singh Source station : anand vihar trm (Anvt) Destination station : patna jn (Pnbe) Date of journey : 15th february 2017 Reason for tdr: train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled. I booked ticket from CST to bza date of journey is 14/04/2017 and return ticket is bza to Thane date is 30/04/2017 .this history is not shown in my irctc account .at present I don't have any bit of information like pnr number and SMS and email, pls assist me what can I do
