Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund of cancelled ticket pnr no. [protected] cancelled on 24/06/2017 not received

Captioned tatkal ticket was booked on 24/'06/2017 and was cancelled on the same day since it was on waiting list. Cancellation advice indicated refund of rs. 800/ -. But so far amount has not been credited to my account. On viewing booking history, it indicated refund on 25/06/2017 but has not been credited so far. Please do needful for early refund to my account.
