Dear Sir/Madam
I have booked meal twice on e-catering dated[protected] with the order no.[protected] and[protected]. Money was deducted from my account against the both the transactions/booking, but in the order status the order was not conformed and I have also not received the meal.
I have waited for the money to get back credited in my account, prior I have also informed the customer care but not getting any response.
So, kindly help me and informed me about the transaction.
