I am the customer of Indian railways IRCTC since 4 years, I am maintaining ewallet account also. Today while login into my account the page shows that your account has been suspended. I dont know what is the reason. I am having e wallet balance of around Rs1635. I requset your good self to kindly activate my account for future use. My user id is Bhadram123. If it is not possible to activate my account kindly arrange for refund of my amount from my e wallet account.

Today my father mr dilip kr paramanik is traveling by jaishalmir express in sleeper class. It has cancelled the reserved and resold the sit. He is sitting on the floor. Kindly do something now
