Dear sir,
I have booked a tatkal railway ticket on 06/07/17 with transaction id's [protected] and [protected]. Both the above payments are failed. But amount had been deducted for one booking of 1345rs from my account. I made payment through upi. Please look into the matter and do the needul. Please initiate the refund either to my bank account or upi account
