I have booked the train ticket on 6th december 2017 from pune to varanasi for 27th feb 2018. My money got deducted from my account but my ticket was not booked. My ticket transaction id is [protected]. I have contacted the customer care executive they have also excepted and cleared that there is a transaction for this ticket id and i have also attached my bank statement for the above transaction and mail it to irctc but they are failed to refund my money. I have contacted many times and mailed also but i didn't got my money back. Also the mail ticket id ares 7526683, 7460573, 7477516.
