I have done my transactions twice and it got failed but my amount was deducted from my bank account.

Date of journey - 26-aug-2017
Reservation status - not booked
Payment status-payment failed
I have also wrote a complaint to irctc quiries the assigned ticket id [irctc #6401962]
I would like to requst for refund.
