Try to book ticket from irctc app on date 22.06.2017 but my card account was debited twice by amount rs.3909.27 and 3909.28. on one occasion transaction was successful and on one it was unsuccessful.Raised complaint with irctc care but till date no refund no reply ticket id of my complaint is 6154347.They are asking for txn id which i don't have as it was failed one. All the time a ticket id will be generated and no reply from irctc Was this information helpful? | |||
