Transaction id [protected] The air line has refunded amount of 1598 on 6 march 2018. Irctc is not refunding it back to my account. It is now nearly one and half months. Toll free number is not accessible. I tried sending them emails but their reply is always the same... "under process". Totally unprofessional attitude. Will never ever recommend.
