Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund of money of failed transaction

Sir i had done transaction through irctc connect app for booking train ticket on 07/08/18. Through net banking. My account is debited with sum of rs 676.80/- same time but e-ticket not generated.
My money is not refunded till date. I have tried to call irctc customer care but not they replied that your money is not credited in irctc.

Respected sir
I had cancelled my ticket on 25 oct but did not refund till now pnr no. is [protected].
I talk several times to irctc helpline no. But they did not give any positive response and said refund has done in your account please help me sir.

Sir I had booking tatkal ticket in irctc on 8/11/2018 in mobile app. But that ticket transaction had failed but money is debited from my account
So please credit my refund amount

I have booked my rail ticket dt 29.10.2018 using SBI DEBIT CUM ATM CARD, I didnt got any information about the ticket but money is reduced from my account no.[protected] . I want my money back.
