I cancelled an online ticket and have not yet received refund amount in my back account, despite receiving below email from IRCTC ([protected]@irctc.co.in):
with reference to refund against PNR Number [protected] /IRCTC Transaction ID [protected], an amount of Rs. 4650.0 has been processed as per below details:
Date of cancellation of E-Ticket/Date of failure of E-Ticket booking:29-Apr-2023
Refund processing date:02-May-2023
Refund amount:4650.0
Refund reference no:[protected]
Payment Option used : UPI (Powered By PayTM)
I replied with a complaint email to [protected]@irctc.co.in on 12 May to which I have received no response. I am concerned that my refund amount will be lost if timely action is not taken by the concerned party.
