Train was late more than 5 hours from the scheduled time so i filed a tdr and its been more than 4 months my money has not been refunded by irctc many complaints through email was sent to irctc but no specific reply was sent to me as to when the money will be refunded. Kindly look into the matter and refund my money to my account. Below are the following details

Date of journey: 31-jul-2016

The matter comes within the jurisdiction of eastern railways (Er)

Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible because it's been 5 months from the date of filling the TDR.
