Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund of train cancel tickets

I have booked a train ticket mumbai to kudal of journey dated 13.04.2018 and kudal to mumbai of journey dated 23.04.2018. Due to personal reasons i have cancelled the both tickets on 13 april 2018 and 14 april 2018. The ticket has been cancelled successfully, and in the cancelled ticket option it is showing "refunded" but amount still not refunded back to the account. What should i do to get the money back?

Kindly help me the needful things.

Refund amount : rs 990 + rs 315 + rs 440
