Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund of Transaction failed Amount deposited in myirctc wallet

Sir, I have done deposit transaction of rs 3000/- in my irctc wallet dated 16 February 2022, with id vdongo by phone pe upi unique reference number UPI/DR/[protected]/[protected] with UTR number[protected].amount debit but deposit failed in my irctc wallet. Amount not reversed to my account .

Kindly help me .
