Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund on cancellation before chart prepared

I cancel ticket on 27 june. And journey date of both ticket was 5 jul and 7 jul.
And it has been 10 days sine cancelled my ticket. There is no amount of refund money of none of tickets.

When will deposite refund amount in my account??

There is no manager in the bank from last 10 days.I have 2 current account and 12 savings account so we need a loan.I am requesting a loan for the first time still I am not able to get it.So please help me to get the loan.I have all the documents we needed for it.My phone no is-[protected]
