It's been more than 20 days I have cancelled 4 tickets, and I am still waiting for the amount of 3 tickets to be credited back to my bank account. I have send multiple e mails to care @irctc.co.in, with the bank account statement.But there is no reply from Irctc side. I am sending you the images of account statement and tickets.The same has already been forwarded to Irctc but there is no reply from the other side. Was this information helpful? | |||||
