I'm Goutham Tirpur and booked an AC double bedroom for October 5th, for which I was assigned room number 02. When I arrived in Kurnool at 3 am and the staff over there denied me access even after showing the room booking confirmation.
I was treated badly though I waited at the station room to meet the superintendent/ in-charge for more than half an hour. The lady who was in charge of the night shift had argued with me for disturbing her sleep and advised me to adjust and sleep somewhere at the station.
I have raised a complaint and sent multiples mails for the last four months so far i haven't got any sort of refund from them.
