[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund repudiated even though passenger not travel in allotted coach

Hi,

We have booked a ticket in saurashtra mail (Train no: 22945) from borivali to anand. Pnr no is [protected]. We booked 4 tickets. We got different coaches for 3+1 passengers. 3 sears allocated in s8 and another 1 seat allocated in s3.in saurastra mail ac coaches, rms coach and general coach in between s8 and s3.

So please suggest how can we mange to use s3 coach seat?
We are not happy with seat allocation system and coach allocation system. If the coaches are not together why you people issue seats in different coaches.

Please refund the s3 coach seat amount asap. And i assure the similar type of mistake not repeat on future.

Please file the tdr for my s3 ticket and refund the amount.

Hi, We have booked a ticket in SAURASHTRA MAIL(Train No: 22945) from Borivali to Anand. PNR no is 8356314527. We booked 4 tickets. We got different coaches for 3+1 passengers. 3 sears allocated in S8 and another 1 seat allocated in S3. In SAURASTRA mail AC coaches, RMS coach and General coach In Between S8 and S3. So please suggest how can we mange to Use S3 coach seat? We are not happy with seat allocation system and coach allocation system. If the coaches are not together Why you people issue seats in different coaches. Please refund the S3 coach seat amount ASAP. and I assure The similar type of mistake not repeat on future.
