I spoke with railway station enquiry counter he said raise TDR so we raised TDR.
Please reopen my TDR request because it is genuine you can check in CC cameras also train is delayed and I haven't traveled so please I am requesting please refund my money as soon as possible

But no response from IRCTC so many times I spoke with customer care executives but they are saying like that raise new tickets so like this how many times I have to do like this but I didn't get any refund please as soon as possible send me my ticket amount
