This is to bring to your kind knowledge that i had my 6 berths booking (2 tickets) in 15011 lucknow chandigarh express with date of journey 24th march 2018, from lucknow to saharanpur. The train was cancelled and i also had closed the icici bank account already which i used to pay for these tickets. Now i am unable to receive the refund that will be sent to the account that has been closed. I am in a stranded state now as i see my money refunded nowhere. My transactions ids are [protected] and [protected] with the amounts to refundrs. 325 and rs. 1950 respectively. My refund ids are[protected] and [protected] respectively. I have another account in hdfc bank in the name of khurram kazmi, a/c. No. [protected] and ifsc is hdfc0000594. Could you please send my refund to this bank account.
