Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refusal of TDR

I had a ticket of Rajdhani Exp From Ghy to NDLS on 30th October 7 am. I tried canceling the same on 29th evening at 9pm but unable to do so on irctc and got a pop up message on the website that "unable to cancel please submit TDR". I submitted TDR at 10 pm on 29th October. Checked yesterday on my irctc account and got the message CR Repudiate. Since, this was a genuine cancellation and the amount is huge (more than 11000), I can not bear the loss. Kindly do the needful in refunding the same.
